This information is being supplied in advance of your Birthday Party booking date in the interest of your party being safe and enjoyable.  Birthday party package rates are a discounted flat rate for children twelve (12) years of age and under.

Birthday parties at the Sand Trap are for groups of ten (10) to twenty-five (25) children.  Optional menu or activity items (not included in the party package) may be ordered during your visit (and these items can be added to your bill or you can pay for them as purchased).  Party Sponsor should coordinate the sequence of events while at the party with Sand Trap management.  Party Sponsor and adult attendees are to be evenly distributed throughout the Sand Trap golf course in order to maintain control of the group and to enforce the General Rules.  The Sand Trap functions as a subcontractor for the purposes of providing usage of the Sand Trap facility for birthday party sponsor on date held, and is not responsible for the conduct or oversight of party attendees, including adults, while on the premises, and is hereby held harmless from any and all associated liability.  All party attendees participate in activities at the Sand Trap at their own risk.  Neither Sand Trap, nor its staff, is responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage of any party attendee.  Please click "General Rules" above to read and review the Miniature Golf Rules before submitting form.

It is the responsibility of named Party Sponsor to distribute and inform all party attendees regarding the information contained in the Birthday Confirmation Form including the General Rules.
