ü Party sponsor may order optional menu or activity items (not included in the party package) during visit on Party Day and these items can be added to your bill.

ü    Party sponsor responsible for supplying cake and all other custom party arrangements.  Party event sequence at The Sand Trap on Party Day is to be arranged in cooperation with Sand Trap staff.

ü   Sand Trap staff will set up party area, decorate with balloons and service party while it is in progress.

ü    *Please Note: A mandatory 15% staff service gratuity is automatically added to your total bill and is in addition to the quoted per person package price.

ü    Birthday parties at The Sand Trap are for groups of 10 to 25 children age 12 and under.  Should less then 10 children attend, the party sponsor is billed for a minimum of 10 children regardless.

ü    Party sponsor is responsible for supplying birthday party chaperones and for enforcing Sand Trap rules for party attendees.  All party attendees participate in activities at The Sand Trap at his/her own risk.

ü    Parties may not be scheduled after 6pm.  All party arrangements including booking date/times must be officially confirmed by The Sand Trap.
