This information is being supplied in advance of your booking date in the interest of your party being safe and enjoyable.  Outing package rates are a discounted flat rate.  (Head counts for pricing purposes are determined by the number of participants attending.)

Group rates at the Sand Trap are for groups of ten (10) or more.  Group manager and supervisors are to be evenly distributed throughout the Sand Trap golf course in order to maintain control of the group and to enforce the General Rules at all times.  All group attendees, including adults, participate in activities at the Sand Trap/Twin Silos premises at his/her own risk as a member participant of named group's general range of activities.  

Accordingly, neither the Sand Trap nor its parent company, nor its staff are responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage sustained by any group outing attendee, including adults, while on the premises.  The Sand Trap functions as a subcontractor for the purposes of providing usage of the Sand Trap facility for named group's outing on the date held, and is not responsible for the conduct or oversight of named group or its participants, including adults, while on the premises and is hereby held harmless from any and all associated liability. 

It is the responsibility of group management to distribute and otherwise inform all outing attendees regarding the information contained in the Group Outing Confirmation Form and the Miniature Golf Rules (please click "General Rules" above to read and review the Miniature Golf Rules before submitting).
